Dave Weed practices in the areas of real estate, business, and corporate law. His specific practice areas also include commercial transactions, homeowner's associations, estate planning, lender representation, real estate financing and the sale, lease and acquisition of residential and commercial real estate.

Bar Admissions: Dave became a member of the State Bar of Utah in 1984 and a member of the State Bar of Arizona in 1986. He is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.

Education and Honors: Dave graduated cum laude with an undergraduate degree in economics from Brigham Young University in 1979. In 1984, Dave graduated cum laude from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University where he was the editor of the Brigham Young University Journal of Legal Studies from 1983 -1984. Dave was the author of "Vicarious Liability in Utah Negligence Law" which was published in the Brigham Young University Journal of Legal Studies in 1983.

Professional Activities and Experience: Prior to joining the firm in 1991, Dave was an associate with the Law Firm of Gust Rosenfeld in Phoenix. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, Business Law and Real Property Sections. Dave currently serves on the Board of Directors for the East Valley Senior Services Foundation and is a former member of the Chandler Regional Hospital Board of Trustees. Dave is also fluent in French.
